Who can use this feature?
Only Admins can edit other members profile information.
Managing a large team can be troublesome at times, for instance you might need to update the profile information of a lot of people in your team after a company restructure. Luckily, we've made it fairly easy to update a large number of profiles at once by using a Excel spreadsheet.
- Browse to the people page.
- Click the more options button next to the heading People, and then click the update button.
- Download the Excel template used to update member profile information.
- Fill in the spreadsheet with the member information you want to change.
You may also upload an exported member list to update profile data.
- Select the unique fields that you want to match people on. It is recommended that you don't change the default settings unless you want to update the data in any of these three fields.
- Now just upload the spreadsheet.
- You can wait for the results of the update on this page or you can carry on with other work, we will send you an email with the results of the upload.
